How To: ShareCash

So, you have heard about ShareCash and you are wondering how you can get people to click your link? Getting people to do something you want is not an easy task and requires some strategy. These tips might help you earn with ShareCash.

First of all, you will need to get into the mind of the person you're trying to convince into downloading your file. Why should they bother to complete a survey in order to get a file they can probably get somewhere else without the hassle? And there's the first problem, rarity.

Rarity of the file

People will only bother to complete a survey for your file if it can't be found anywhere else on the internet. 99% of the times this will require unique content that you have made and published yourself. You need to establish yourself as a source of  unique information or tools that is reliable and useful, but what content might that be?

Content

This is a trickier part to the whole method, as it requires some thought and work. You'll need to figure out a  topic where people will be bothered to complete a one minute survey for. There are some easy-to-go-to topics here, of which most have already been saturated. They however make a good example:
  • Problems: People who are experiencing problems tend to want to solve them, even if they have to put in a little effort. If you position yourself as an unique supplier of a specific solution, you'll be able to accumulate downloads rapidly.
  • Rare information: There is a lot information out there that many people will want to get their hands on, but it isn't just readily available. Being able to provide such material will put you in a position where you can demand something for it.
  • Rare tools/software: On the internet there is a vast amount of software and tools available which are hard to come by. Some communities are shy of sharing their software with strangers and being able to provide these tools will give you access to an audience that is willing to complete a survey for it. However, keep in mind that some software might be copyrighted and thus unavailable for this method.
Protecting your content

If you have generated your content, you will want to protect it. There are many people out there who would like to have their own unique content to share and they will not hesitate to steal it from you. So what can you do?

If you are sharing an image or a text file there are some easy ways to protect it from thieves. A simple watermark or protection to copying will stop a lot of petty thieves from stealing your content. These people want an easy method of earning money and they will not bother putting a lot of effort in a steal.

If you are providing tools or software, be sure to protect your code. You do not want people snooping around in there so they can copy your work.

Promoting your download

Even if you have established and protected content that people want, you will have to consider a way to promote it. Social media such as facebook, twitter, reddit, etc are a great way of doing so, but they simply will not cut it. Here's what I recommend:

Create a blog or a website through which you provide your unique content, which is linked through various social media websites. You want to generate traffic to one point, through which you provide your content. This is a lot easier to manage and provides you with a lot of possibilities for the future. Keep in mind that this requires a lot of work: people will not visit your website without a reason and they will not stay if you do not provide them a reason to stay.
